Personal Information

Sister Kathleen has earned a BA from Immaculata University with a major in Theology and Biology and a MA from Christendom College in Virginia with a degree in Religious Education.  Sister has taught students at every grade level from 1 through 12. Most of sister’s teaching career has been at Archbishop Prendergast.  From September 1976 until June 1980, she taught Science and Theology at Prendergast. From September 1980 until June 1991, Sister Kathleen taught Theology and was the Studies Director at Villa Maria Academy in Malvern. Sister returned to Prendergast in September of 1991. During the spring of 2011, Sister was one of only 15 recipients across the country to receive the inaugural Blue Apple Teacher Award which recognizes innovators incorporating technology into the classroom.
