Mrs. Jami Green, a native of Broomall, is a Soprano who has been performing since the age of three. A graduate from the University of the Arts with a bachelors degree in Vocal Performance (2006), she also attended the high school for the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) in Philadelphia (2001). During her high school years, she achieved notable accolades such as being personally chosen to perform for the former Mayor Ed Rendell's many banquets and fundraising events. Also chosen for best of Philly female vocalist (2001), best female vocalist in her high school graduating class. Mrs. Green's achievements continued into her college career, as she was featured on radio and television, a finalist in the Welcome America competition, and the winner of NBC’s Bringing in the Holidays at Longwood Gardens vocal contest. Upon graduating the University of the Arts, she was awarded the voice faculty award.
Mrs. Green has taken great pride in developing her own voice studio in Broomall (Jami Music Studios). She has two recitals a year to showcase her growing studio, has taught private voice lessons for 9 years, directed two musicals at a local high school, performed with Peter Nero and the Philly Pops for 10 years, and performs weekly at Mrs. Marty’s Deli in Broomall with her husband. When not performing or teaching, she loves spending time with her family, especially her best friend/duet partner/husband Stephen and her two young princesses: Maya Rose and Gabriella Lilly.
