Please know that our "return to school" plan is a fluid process that continues to evolve based on directives from the Archdiocese and our internal Pandemic Committee. We are following the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Chester County Health Department and the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE).

With that being said, at this time our Administration and Pandemic Committee are solidifying our internal plans for "return to school" and once the plan has been confirmed, our Academics team will communicate it to our families.

Prayer of Pope Francis during the coronavirus crisis

O Mary,
you always shine on our path
as a sign of salvation and of hope.
We entrust ourselves to you, Health of the Sick,
who at the cross took part in Jesus' pain, keeping your faith firm.
You, Salvation of the Roman People,
know what we need,
and we are sure you will provide
so that, as in Cana of Galilee,
we may return to joy and to feasting
after this time of trial.
Help us, Mother of Divine Love,
to conform to the will of the Father
and to do as we are told by Jesus,
who has taken upon himself our sufferings
and carried our sorrows
to lead us, through the cross,
to the joy of the resurrection. Amen.

Under your protection, we seek refuge, Holy Mother of God.
Do not disdain the entreaties of we who are in trial,
but deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin.
Amen.

Throughout the last few months, B&P and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia have been working on plans to get our students back on campus, working out, and practicing.

We were approved to begin workouts tomorrow on July 8th. Coaches will be reaching out to teams directly to inform on workout times and schedules. There is some documentation that will need to be signed and returned for our students to begin workouts. Click Here

In accordance with the directive from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, all school extra-curricular and co-curricular activities have been canceled or postponed until Friday, March 27 including all athletic practices, games, competitions; club and organization meetings; field trips; and social events on and off-campus.

Encourage a Friar or a Panda

We can all use a bit of encouragement and advice, especially young people.

That's why I am asking our alumni, parents, staff, faculty, and friends to take a few moments and send a message to encourage a Senior Panda or Friar!

Your message will serve as a reminder to the seniors how many people in our Bonner & Prendie community are standing behind them and rooting for their success. Be as general or specific as you wish, and I will make sure it gets to a student.

We do not know what is in store for The Class of 2020. But we do know that they will be joining the 45,000+ Bonner & Prendie alumni family very soon and we want to encourage them during these last few months of their senior year.

Send your email to Tara Basile at basile@bonnerprendie.com

Thanks for your help.
God Bless,
John E. Cooke, Ed.D., President
