Drexel Pitch Competition

On Thursday, February 15th the student body was invited to participate in an educational competition. During an assembly the students were provided information about how to successfully start a business. Then everyone was challenged to consider coming up with their own business idea. As the assembly came to an end anyone interested in this program was encouraged to use their phones to request more information.

Interested students were provided online workshops and material to help them develop a presentation for the school pitch competition.

On Thursday, April 5th four BP students pitched their ideas before three judges and the entire school community.
Zach Kelly … ReadAble.com … This is an online program to enable books, notes, any printed material to be read aloud.

The three judges chose Zach Kelly as the winner of a $200.00 prize and the opportunity to compete against the winners from the other Archdiocesan High Schools on May 8th at Drexel University.
