An Important Message from the Assistant Principal for Academic Affairs

We ask that students and parents reference the Course Catalog found above to familiarize themselves with the courses being offered. The Course Catalog is continuously being updated to include new elective courses. Check your PowerSchool account to see what courses you are being offered. Select carefully taking into account your interests and requirements.  Course selection will open Monday, February 12th and close on Friday, February 16th.

Subject teachers recommend students to move to different levels based on the students' grades. Students requesting a level change should have a discussion with their content area teachers to gain approval. Level changes are not guaranteed. 

There are limited seats available in our AP courses. Please review all prerequisites to see if you qualify. Students who successfully meet the criteria of an AP course will be required to sign a contract in regard to enrollment, summer work completion, and rigorous course expectations.

If any student fails to submit their course selection, the Academic Office will choose the courses.

Be advised that courses are NOT guaranteed until rosters are available in PowerSchool in August of 2024.

If you want to sign up for a realCollege course please email [email protected] as soon as possible as these courses fill up quickly.  The paperwork for realCollege courses may be found in Ms. Dolceamore’s office, Student Affairs, Room 121. The forms and payment must be submitted by June 1st in order for your roster to be created.

Delaware County Community College applications are available in the Academic Office.  DCCC’s application asks the student to submit a high school transcript, Bonner & Prendie students are not required to do this, DCCC will obtain the transcripts directly from us.  The completed application can be submitted online to DCCC. Deadline for application is February 16, 2024. Please list Ms. Ciliberti as the counselor.

Course offerings for the AVLI program can be found in our course catalog. Students and parents will be required to sign a contract with Bonner & Prendie in regard to AVLI courses and the course drop procedures and penalties also apply.
